Learning Farm Waiver


DART Family Farm provides a unique opportunity for education and fun all in one!


Depending on the traveling package chosen, your child will be able to learn about and have direct contact with live animals that include, but are not limited to: Juliana Miniature Pigs, Rhode Island Red Chickens, New Zealand Rabbits Ducks, & Nigerian Dwarf Goats.

I completely and fully understand the entire Agreement and acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to review the Agreement prior to engaging in the activities of the mobile petting farm offered by DART Family Farm, LLC of Bessemer, AL and I agree to be legally bound by the Agreement.


I acknowledge that I may interact and touch animals brought by DART Family Farm, LLC. I understand that DART Family Farm, LLC will not be held responsible nor are they liable for any illness, injury, death, or damages to any participant and/or personal property.

I authorize DART Family Farm, LLC, to publish photographs, taken by any participant and/or attendee of the mobile petting farm, of the listed above and/or myself or family members, etc. and our names and likeness, for use in the DART Family Farm, LLC’s pr
